AISA 2020 Annual General Meeting
Members are invited to AISA's Annual General Meeting. In light of circumstances relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, AISA’s 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, 18 November 2020 will be a virtual meeting with members to attend online.
AISA’s AGM will be conducted via Zoom. There will be NO physical venues for members to attend.
Members can view the AGM live once they have registered their attendance below by 5pm on AEDT on Monday 16 November 2020.
Registered attendees will receive a link to the AGM meeting details on Wednesday 18 November 2020.

AISA Board of Director Elections
There are three Director positions to be filled via an election at this AGM. The Director elections will be based on the highest number of financial member votes per candidate.
Electronic voting forms for Board of Directors will be sent to all financial members prior to the AGM.
Voting
Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the election will be conducted by electronic ballot sent via Election Buddy to all full financial members. All voting will be carried out via proxy through the Chair of the AGM. The Chair of the AGM will accept your vote as per your submitted online ballot form. Please note, your ballot cannot be changed or amended once it has been submitted.

Members should submit questions in advance of the meeting via email to [email protected] by Monday 16 November 2020. The AGM Chair will endeavour to address the key themes raised during the meeting. Please note that individual responses will not be sent to members.
The AGM will be held in accordance with the AISA Constitution.

4. Note the auditor’s report;
5. Note the annual financial statements;
6. Voting for the Board of Directors positions and confirmation of the AISA Board.
