Panellists:

Colin Renouf, CISO at Healius
Colin has a vast work experience starting from 1984 when he worked as Staff at Harrods Limited. Colin then joined Lloyds TSB Group Plc as an Enterprise Architect and continued in that role until 2010. Colin also held the positions of Architect and then continued as an Enterprise Architect during their time at Lloyds TSB. From 2010 to 2013, Colin worked as an Enterprise Architect at Travelex and later joined MasterCard Prepaid Management Services as an Enterprise Solution Architect. During his time at MasterCard, he was responsible for enterprise and solutions architecture, while also working on individual programs and high-level solutions, as well as the roadmapping of systems and products.

Colins's experience also includes roles at Commonwealth Bank and Suncorp Group as a Principal Cyber Security Architect and Cyber Security Consultant respectively. Colin then joined Zimbani as a Senior Security Architect before moving on to Healius Limited where he held the role of Information Security/Pathology Solutions Architect. He later worked as a Senior Cyber Security Enterprise Solution Architect at Transport for NSW before taking on his current position as the Chief Information Security Officer at Healius Limited since 2022.

Nick Forster, Head of Security Operations at The Missing Link
Originally from the United Kingdom, Nick worked with the British Military for seven years specialising in HUMINT, Red Teaming and Counter Intelligence. After leaving the military, Nick started working in the private sector for Facebook as part of the EMEA SOC Management Team, before moving to Australia in early 2019. Since arriving here, Nick has worked at  The Missing Link as both a Security Architect and now as the SOC Manager.  

As SOC manager, Nick is responsible for leading our team of security analysts and engineers in providing 24 x 7 x 365 proactive and reactive security services to clients. Establishing ourselves as trusted security advisors to our managed service clients is a massive privilege. The Missing Link does this through collaboration, technical knowledge and automation, which is hugely exciting in itself. 

Sajeeb Lohani, Director of Cyber Security at BugCrowd
Sajeeb is the Global TISO, and Senior Director of Cybersecurity at Bugcrowd and a Sessional lecturer at the University of Melbourne. Sajeeb holds OSCP and OSWE. Constantly passionate about contributing to and improving open source security software, Sajeeb is a core contributor and co-developer of Interlace, a popular open-source project used for organising and automating penetration testing workflows. Sajeeb is also ranked within the top 40 of Bugcrowd and #2 in DVuln.

Jasmine McCrudden, AISA NSW Branch Committee (Panel Moderator)
Jasmine is an AISA NSW committee member, actively supporting and helping run the events behind the scenes. In her day job, she is a community-driven cybersecurity recruitment consultant at Decipher Bureau, working with Australia’s top cyber professionals and matching talent to the right opportunities. A staple in the cyber community, Jasmine is often seen attending, running, or speaking at cybersecurity-specific webinars and meetups. Her approach is driven by a passion for uplifting women in the industry and a desire to help individuals progress in their careers while bridging the skills shortage gap.
