Embedding innovation system into your organisations - what could possibly go wrong?

The presentation will explore an approach that will enhance your organisation’s abilities to embrace change and create competitive advantage. Many programs today force change from within which often results in productivity loss, loss of talent and ultimately the loss of revenues. The approach is based on both research and practice in 5 countries over the last 35 years. It is interesting today to see all levels of government encouraging and supporting innovation, the link still to be fully supported are entrepreneurial behaviours. Many Australians still consider entrepreneurs as gamblers and risk takers. The approach of embedding an innovation and entrepreneurial systems discussed in the presentation is based on rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis. The myths and misconceptions about innovation and enterprise will be highlighted.
