Topic: Security in the cloud, security of the cloud - Past, present, and future
In 2010 Keith gave a presentation titled “Mythbusting the FUD around Cloud Security” at an IT conference in Sydney.  For this new presentation, Keith will contrast the cloud developments over the past 9 years to examine the current state of cloud security and then give his thoughts on where cloud security is heading in the future.  

Speaker: Keith Price, Lead Security Architect, Product and Technology at Quantium
Keith Price is a veteran of the IT security industry.  A frequent speaker and published author, he has 18 years’ concentrated experience in information security risk management based on a strong technical background within the IT industry.  Keith is the Lead Security Architect at the Quantium Group, an Australian data science company.  He is a former AISA board chair and national director, AISA national conference director, and AISA Sydney branch executive.  He is also a former director of ISACA’s Sydney chapter.

Keith’s qualifications include MSc, CCSP (ISC2), CISSP, CISM, and CGEIT.

The presentation is suitable for all members of the security, risk, audit and compliance disciplines.

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions of the speaker at the end of the presentation.

Light refreshments will be served after the presentation.
