Cancellation policy

If AISA is required to cancel an event, our liability in the event of cancellation is limited to a refund or credit note and is subject to the conditions listed below. We will not provide a refund for any travel or accommodation costs associated with the cancellation of an event.

AISA accepts no liability if an event is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond our reasonable control resulting from an Act of God, pandemic, governmental regulation, fire, war, terrorist activity, civil commotion or other.

Branch Events
If you are no longer able to attend a branch event and wish to cancel your registration, please email at least 48 hours prior to the event date at [email protected].

AISA Security Days (BrisSEC, SydneySEC, AdelaideSEC, DarwinSEC and PerthSEC)
