Cancellation Policy

If AISA is required to cancel an event, our liability in the event of cancellation is limited to a refund or credit note and is subject to the conditions listed below. We will not provide a refund for any travel or accommodation costs associated with the cancellation of an event.

AISA accepts no liability if an event is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond our reasonable control resulting from an Act of God, pandemic, governmental regulation, fire, war, terrorist activity, civil commotion or other.

Training Courses:
AISA reserves the right to cancel any training course because of insufficient enrolments or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond AISA’s reasonable control (for example, accident or illness of the instructor). If AISA cancels a training course under the cancellation policy, the liability of AISA for an enrolled participant is limited to refunding any course fees that have been paid. No refund will be made if the participant is transferred to another course date. AISA is not liable for any other loss or expenses (direct or indirect) whatsoever, including travel and accommodation.

Please note that we are unable to substitute or transfer registrations into someone else’s name.
