Welcome to the AISA Foundation Scholarship Fund. This fund will provide tuition scholarships for tertiary students at government TAFEs or Universities to study a course which leads to a career in cyber security or digital privacy.
It is aimed at students who show leadership potential and enthusiasm for working in the field, but who are underrepresented in the discipline or who have experienced disadvantage in their pursuit of a career.
About the scholarships
Scholarship applications are open to individuals who are Australian citizens and who align with any of the following criteria:
- a woman or
- First Nations person
The AISA Scholarships will provide financial support to students enrolled or planning to enrol in full-time study of cyber security or cyber privacy or cyber privacy degree/diploma at a government-run TAFE or government-run University in Australia.
We seek applicants who show initiative, resourcefulness, a strong work ethic, and curiosity. They should also have a genuine interest in cyber security or cyber privacy.
While evidence of leadership and achievement are important in the evaluation, these can be evidenced in many ways in a community, not just through academic transcripts.

AISA has made a core contribution of $100,000 to the scholarship fund. We are seeking to build up the scholarships now. We welcome your financial support for it!
The Foundation’s Fund has been received deductible gift recipient status (DGR) with via the Australian Tax Office. This means that when you donate, it is 100% tax deductible.
Further, 100% of the donated funds will be put in the scholarship fund to be distributed to the student recipients.
